Installation requirements of closed cooling tower

1 General requirements

1.1 the closed cooling tower shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures.

1.2 the raw materials, supporting and purchased parts of cooling tower shall meet the requirements of corresponding standards, and shall be attached with product quality certificate or warranty.

1.3 protection grade of fan motor: IP55; insulation grade: F.

1.4 protection grade of water pump motor: IP54; insulation grade: F.

2 appearance

2.1 the surface of closed cooling tower shall be smooth, flat, clean and free of dirt, the plate surface shall be free of obvious scratches, and the weld joint shall be free of obvious welding slag.

2.2 the coating of cooling tower shall be basically the same color, free of bubble, flow mark, crack, falling off and other defects, and shall not leak the bottom.

3 sealing performance: each box of closed cooling tower shall be well sealed, and the cooler of cooling tower shall be 0.6MPa

Under pressure, each pipeline shall be free of leakage.

4 control function

4.1 closed cooling tower shall be equipped with temperature control device. According to the outlet temperature of the cooled medium, the temperature difference between the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the cooled medium shall not be less than 5 ℃, the control device shall be able to control the start and stop of the fan motor and the water pump motor, and the error between the outlet temperature of the cooled medium and the set value shall not be greater than 1 ℃.

4.2 cooling tower motor shall have overload protection function.

4.3 cooling tower shall be equipped with automatic water supplement function of spray water through floating ball and low liquid level protection function of cooling medium lacking liquid.

5 cooling capacity: the percentage of actual cooling capacity and design cooling capacity calculated by water temperature drop comparison method shall not be less than 95.0%.

6 noise: the sound pressure level of closed cooling tower under normal operation shall not exceed 85 dB (a).
